Gemini Balcatta is a medium sized and well organised repair shop specialising in rapid/ smaller repairs on drivable cars. We have a steady stream of work for the team of 22. Centrally located on Erindale Rd, an easy to reach location.
We pride ourselves on working together as a team to achieve the highest quality repairs for our customers. You will have access to the latest repair equipment and the support from our team and management.
The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for Customer Service Officer to join the team at Gemini Balcatta.
We are seeking a Customer Service professional, you will be assisting and supporting our wider team and managers with administration support and providing our customers updates regarding their vehicle repairs.
Permanent position. Monday to Friday, no weekends!

Role responsibilities
- Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly
- Greeting customers on arrival.
- Keeping our customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles
- Contacting customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the AMA experience
- Telephone and email correspondence
- Supporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables etc)
- Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs

- Proven experience within a Customer Service position
- Highly professional and personable with strong relationship building skills
- Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team
