Gemini Vermont is a spacious repair shop with a friendly team of 27 staff, completing small to medium quality repairs for our customers. The site has plenty of onsite parking for staff and easy to reach by train. It is fully equipped with modern repair equipment including 5 spray booths and large work bays.

Great facilities for our staff including a coffee machine and large lunchroom. We enjoy a great team culture, with a 5-day work week and steady stream of work.


The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Panel Beater to join the team at Gemini Vermont. 

This position will see you commence as a 1st year Panel Beater and work alongside our skilled tradespeople learning a range of skills within our workshop, while gaining your trade qualification.

You will undertake training to return vehicles to their pre-accident condition. Learning various repair methods.

Permanent position. Monday to Friday or school based apprenticeship available

Role responsibilities

  • Disassemble vehicle
  • Label parts and store accordingly
  • Notate broken parts/extra repairs and submit to Estimator
  • Double check new parts are correct and not damaged
  • Carry out repairs as per the Repair Method and in accordance with the Job Sheet/Estimate
  • Reassemble vehicle as per Job Sheet
