The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for Customer Service Officer to join the team at RPM Edwardstown.

This position is permanent position, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

We are seeking a Customer Service professional, you will be assisting and supporting our wider team and managers with administration support including customer bookings and invoicing. A professional phone manner and positive attitude a must.

Role responsibilities

  • Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly
  • Greeting customers on arrival.
  • Keeping our customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles
  • Contacting customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the AMA experience
  • Telephone and email correspondence
  • Supporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables etc)
  • Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs

  • Proven experience within a Customer Service position
  • Highly professional and personable with strong relationship building skills
  •  Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team
