The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for Customer Service Officer to join the team at Correct, North Melbourne
Role responsibilities
- Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly
- Greeting customers on arrival.
- Keeping our customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles
- Contacting customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the AMA experience
- Telephone and email correspondence
- Supporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables etc)
- Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs

- Proven experience within a Customer Service position
- Highly professional and personable with strong relationship building skills
- Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
