The team at RPM Tingalpa have everything they need to carry out their work: Car-O-Liner welding, pulling and measuring equipment; speed benches; 2-post lift; floor rack; dust extractors; two Lowbake paint ovens; Glasurit refinishing products; and good, clean working conditions. They work together as a team, and share free BBQ and pizza lunches every month.

The site is easy to access from public transport and the Gateway Motorway (M1), with room for staff parking.


The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Vehicle Estimator to join our team at RPM Tingalpa.

Are you experienced in collision repair estimating? Or are you on the workshop floor with quoting experience?

We are busy collision repair workshop with a great team. You will have a secure position and become an integral part of our team, delivering quality to our customers.

Audanet and IBodyshop experience an advantage

Permanent position. Monday to Friday. 40 hours per week.

Role Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent customer service to clients and work providers.
  • Accurately quote vehicles in a timely manner and in accordance with average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures.
  • Complete quotes as required onsite, off-site and online.
  • Processing vehicles onsite by carrying out vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging.
  • Manage parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost effectiveness as required.
  • Manage suppliers to ensure additional work is recorded and authorised in a timely manner.
  • Ensure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
  • Hand over completed repairs to customers.
