The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for 1 x Apprentice Panel Beater and 1 x Apprentice Spray Painter to join our team at RPM Para Hills.

We are the industry leading business in supporting apprentices - we take pride on providing a high level of support and growing our tradespeople, you will learn the correct repair techniques and methods and receive the best training and a long-term career!

You will work alongside our skilled tradespeople learning a range of skills within our workshop, while gaining your trade qualification.

Permanent, Monday to Friday. 38 hours per week.

Apprentice Spray Painter

You will be supported by our skilled team and acquire the knowledge of an automotive workshop and begin learning the step-by-step process of prepping, mixing, refinishing of automotive spray painting, gaining your trade in Automotive Refinishing.

Apprentice Panel Beater

This position will see you commence as a 1st year Panel Beater and work alongside our skilled tradespeople learning a range of skills within our workshop, while gaining your trade qualification.

You will undertake training to return vehicles to their pre-accident condition. Learning various repair methods and including disassembly of vehicles and label/ storing of parts.
