The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join the team at Wales Bus and Body Repairs, based in Smithfield.
We are seeking a dedicated and professional individual to provide administration support to our team and managers, while also keeping our customers informed on the progress of their vehicle repairs. This is a job share position, working Thursdays from 8:00am to 5:00pm and Fridays from 8:00am to 3:30pm.

Role responsibilities
- Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly
- Greeting customers on arrival.
- Keeping our customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles
- Contacting customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the AMA experience
- Telephone and email correspondence
- Supporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables etc)
- Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs

- Proven experience within a Customer Service position
- Highly professional and personable with strong relationship building skills
- Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team
