The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced workshop foreman to join the team at Wales Truck Repairs in Smithfield.

Role responsibilities

  • The ability to allocate work, monitor staff with time on jobs to create an efficient workplace to meet set deadlines
  • Time management of jobs and staff to meet KPI’s with a high-quality standard of repairs.
  • Manage/monitor workshop consumables and order where required
  • Report back to senior management
