The AMA Group IT team is a fast paced and dynamic team of professionals that are passionate about delivering high quality and standards whilst maintaining focus on costs and simplicity.

This is an all-encompassing role, providing incident support, application support, developing new features and updates to support the business, and evaluation of system technical requirements. You will be responsible for providing high quality IT Support to a wide variety of AMA users through a large range of applications.


Responsibilities

▪Troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting AMA Group within the agreed SLA

▪Log and resolve incidents and requests, and manage IT outages and disruptions

▪Setup, configure and deploy new software and hardware across the group.

▪Test, debug and diagnose and resolve faults related to system software and applications.

▪Follows up with IT internal resources, external partners & vendors involved in resolution to ensure incidents are resolved, requests are filled, and the customer communication is complete

▪Identify opportunities to improve systems and develop solutions to improve operational outcomes in line with SDLC principles.

▪Ensure documentation is completed and updated for technical programs, end user guide, and procedures.

▪Manage software deployments, ensuring security, compliance, and proper installation.

▪Effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

▪Performs other duties as assigned


Skills & Experience:

▪3+ years of experience in an IT support, or Application support role.

▪Solid experience with Azure, 0365, Dynamics 365 / Oracle Netsuite.;

▪Good working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Office 365;

▪Experience writing code with common languages (VB, Powershell, Java and Python)

▪Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-focused service mentality; and

▪Strong troubleshooting abilities to resolve technical issues swiftly and effectively.

▪Ability to analyse and debug code.

▪Strong communication skills with the ability to establish relationships with stakeholders across all areas of the business
