Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HRIS Analyst to join our Payroll Services team. In this role, you will support the management and functionality of HRIS systems, primarily SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring seamless integration, data accuracy, and compliance. You'll be instrumental in system maintenance, upgrades, reporting, and providing expert technical advice to support teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day system support for SuccessFactors applications and other key systems.
  • Manage functional aspects, including system configuration, data integrity checks, and compliance audits.
  • Respond to customer queries in line with KPIs.
  • Lead system project implementations, including upgrades and changes.
  • Maintain and update system security and user profiles.
  • Generate ad-hoc reports and support payroll processing.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance system efficiency and compliance.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

  • Tertiary education in Systems Management or related field.
  • SAP administration training.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Spinifex, SQL, and Microsoft Excel (macros experience preferred).
  • Strong customer service, analytical, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.

Desirable Experience

  • 5+ years in payroll system administration.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors, ECP (SAP) and payroll-related implementations.
  • Familiarity with process standardisation and high-volume environments.
  • Knowledge of health industry systems and compliance.
