Position Summary

The Chief Operating Officer is responsible for managing the operational, theme and platform related activities of Monash Partners, including planning, implementation and monitoring, human resources, partner engagement and relations, finances, governance, communications and events.

In summary, the Monash Partners COO must combine strong operational management skills with an understanding of the specific challenges in healthcare implementation, research and research translation. A balance of strategic thinking, leadership, stakeholder engagement, and financial acumen is crucial to success in this role.

Experience Required
