The Role

We are looking for a driven and skilled administration and customer support professional to fill the role of Program Administrator for a large nursing education program at the Alfred Emergency Academic Centre (AEAC).

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding administrative support to the Program Manager and Nurse Educators
  • Coordinate our online learning and other project systems – your IT skills will be crucial! 
  • Assist in organising clinical placements and workshops, including venue sourcing, catering, AV needs, travel bookings, and occasional on-site support throughout regional Victoria
  • Engage with learners by coordinating program enrolments, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring participants have a fantastic experience
  • General administration tasks including finance, IT, travel bookings, and supporting the wider AEAC nursing team

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task and coordinate effectively
  • Minimum of three years relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to prepare professional documentation for various audiences
  • Advanced IT literacy is essential, with experience using databases, learning management, survey tools, and online booking systems highly desirable
