  • Part Time, 38 hours per fortnight (must be available to work Wednesday's)

Department:

Respiratory Medicine at The Alfred Hospital requires an administrative support person for our Interstitial Lung Disease clinic.  
About The Role:

This role is located at The Alfred and duties include high level administrative support for outpatient clinics including patient appointments, billing and general administrative duties.  The role also supports the ILD clinic database.

Experience Required:

  • Sound administrative experience - Hospital environment preferred but not essential 
  • Personable, with commitment to high quality service 
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency including MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel
  • Understanding of confidentiality and privacy legislation
  • Understanding of medical terminology
  • Demonstrated ability to plan work flow, prioritise and delegate to meet deadlines
