The Department

Alfred Health Support Services provides support services across Alfred Health, these services include cleaning services, car parking and fleet management, waste management, gardens and grounds, distribution, security and access control, ward support, linen services, ancillary services, food services and hospitality.

The Role

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for the delivery of designated responsibilities including ensuring that staffing resources are managed to support organisational requirements within budget and contractual conditions. This involves the management of a range of responsibilities with varying levels of complexity and from various program areas predominately across the Caulfield and Sandringham Sites.

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Diploma in Business Management or equivalent
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team
  • Comprehensive understanding of administration processes 
  • Current and satisfactory Police Check
  • Current and satisfactory Working with Children Check
  • Experience in computing system applications
  • Current Driver’s Licence
