Duty Manager

Located in the heart of Weipa in Queensland’s Cape York Peninsula, our secluded waterfront location is surrounded by natural beauty and offers travellers, diners, and adventure seekers a unique dining and accommodation experience.

You’ll play a key role in the team, supporting the Hotel Managers with the daily operations and taking charge of shifts. As a hands-on leader, you’ll guide the night team by example, ensuring smooth operations and top-tier service throughout the venue.

Skills and Experience required:

• Experience working within a similar role. 
• Demonstrate a highly-focused attitude to internal and external customer needs
• The ability to multitask and prioritize so that all tasks are completed in a timely manner and expectations are managed appropriately
• Experience using Excel and other office programs.
