Airport Development Group (ADG) owns and manages diverse infrastructure assets across the Northern Territory including airports, hotels, aviation, and commercial buildings. Investing, developing, and managing long term infrastructure to grow the Territory and Northern Australia.
The primary objective of the Terminal and Customer Experience Coordinator is to maximise commercial revenue while enhancing the passenger experience. This involves optimising retail, food, beverage and service offerings ensuring seamless customer journeys, managing tenant relationships and implementing strategies to drive commercial performance and innovation.
We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused professional to join our airport operations team. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations across our terminal facilities. In this position you will:
- Work closely with the Terminal Operations Manager and wider airport operations team on contingency planning and risk management
- Provide input into airport redevelopment projects
- Oversee terminal contracts and drive performance improvements
- Deliver on customer service initiatives and strategy
- Respond to commercial property tenant queries and liaise with contractors
- Coordinate facilities requests and minor works applications
- Ensure WHS, environmental, and regulatory compliance
- Maintain accurate records in various systems
- Process invoices and monitor costs
- Provide support to team members as needed
To be successful in this position you will have:
- Strong customer service skills gained ideally in an airport or retail role
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong organisational and time management skills with great attention to detail
- Experience maintaining administrative systems and data
- An understanding of basic accounting principles
- The ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- An aptitude for developing proficiency with new systems
- Problem solving skills and the ability to resolve issues
- Eligibility for an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
- A current NT driver's license or the ability to obtain one
It would be advantageous if you also have:
- Knowledge or experience in property/facilities management
- Experience with Technology One or similar systems
- SharePoint experience
- Exposure to Progen or related contract management tools
