Northern Australian based Airport Development Group (ADG) owns and manages diverse infrastructure assets across the Northern Territory including airports, hotels, aviation and commercial buildings with ambitious plans to expand into Western Australia and Queensland. Investing, developing, and managing long term infrastructure to grow the Territory and Northern Australia.

We are seeking a highly motivated Terminal and Airside Operations Officer to join our team. You will contribute to the safe operation of the airport through inspecting, reporting, and monitoring the operational condition and serviceability of the airport. Adhering to airport procedures and regulatory requirements, you will play a key role in ensuring safety and security.

Your key duties will include:

• Executing the tasks of the Terminal and Airside Operations Officer.
• Maintaining effective communications and providing customer service.
• Monitoring, reporting and following up on airport operations.
• Responding to emergencies in accordance with relevant plans.
• Assisting with apron coordination.
• Coordinating the provision of Terminal facilities.
• Overseeing the Flight Information Display System.
• Monitoring Terminal Building Management Systems.
• Shiftwork - 24/7 rotating roster

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Knowledge of terminal and airside operations.
• Understanding of relevant aviation legislation and regulations.
• Ability to independently manage airport safety and security operations.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond appropriately to emergencies.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills.
• Computer literacy including Microsoft Office packages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• A current Northern Territory driver's licence.
