About the Role  

Endeavour College of Natural Health is seeking an experienced Counsellor to work as a Facilitator and Assessor to teach and evaluate our students completing their Certification in Counselling 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Review all content to be delivered and explained in a digestible format, including assessment tasks 
  • Ensuring that all required content is covered based on the Instructional Guidelines 
  • Delivery of a 1-2 day seminar for students that meets all learning and assessment requirements 
  • Conduct 2-3 hour private assessments of students and assess them on learning outcomes and regulatory requirements. 
  • Delivery of 4-hour online workshop to students, adhering to existing unit guides. 

About You:

  • Diploma level or above (AQF 5) in Counselling, Community Service or other related field, bachelors preferred. 
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. 
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills. 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in industry as a counsellor. 
  • Ability to develop and implement training programs together.
