Education Support Traineeship - 2025

Do you love working with children? Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact in a school environment? We’re seeking a warm, caring Education Support Officer to join our supportive special development primary school.

In this role, you'll work closely with our teachers to offer both academic and emotional assistance to students. If you want to gain valuable on-the-job experience while earning a nationally recognised qualification, this opportunity is for you!

What You'll Do:

• Support teachers in planning lessons and daily classroom activities
• Provide one-on-one or small group academic help to students
• Assist students who need extra emotional support
• Help manage student behavior in line with school policies

• No previous qualifications in Education Support
