About the role:

AGA is currently seeking an motivated individual who is keen to learn and develop administrative skills as a Full time Business Trainee located in Leongatha. The role undertakes a range of administrative tasks in a banking setting that assists in supporting banking administration functions. The trainee will also be handling confidentiality and privacy of client information and files.

Our organisation is focused on providing support and mentoring to the successful trainee as well as providing on the job training for 12 months. About you:

• Outstanding written and verbal communication
• Computer literate
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive, quick learning attitude
• Ability to organise and prioritise own tasks
• Respect for confidentiality and privacy of client information and files
• Must be willing to undergo a National Police Clearance
• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Willing to attend accredited RTO/TAFE training
• Able to commit to a 12 month Traineeship

• Sales & marketing of bank products
• Customer service
• Bank teller duties
