Administration Support Officer
AGA, part of the IntoWork Australia Group, is seeking an experienced Administration Support Officer to join our team.
You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support across the organisation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome
- Building rapport with customers and addressing any questions or confusion
- Fielding customer queries across various channels such as phone, email, and online
- Providing administrative assistance as directed by the Team Leader
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous administrative experience, ideally within the employment services sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational abilities
- A commitment to health, safety and wellbeing in the workplace
