At our Group Training Organisation, we're looking for a Compliance Administration Officer to join our team. Here's what you'll be doing:
- Coordinating and assisting with maintaining our compliance program - including analysis and reporting
- Actively promoting compliance policy understanding across the team and leading by example
- Reviewing and improving our AES compliance systems
- Providing support for AES record administration when needed
- Ensuring all procedures are communicated, understood and followed
We're looking for someone who:
- Has hands-on compliance program management experience (preferably in apprenticeship employment)
- Knows how to develop, implement and maintain effective policies
- Has fantastic problem-solving skills and professional judgment
- Enjoys working independently, shows initiative and achieves great outcomes
- Has good knowledge of relevant legislation (or the ability to quickly acquire it)
- Has exceptional time management and always meets deadlines
- Is a collaborative, confident communicator who engages everyone and drives success
