About the role:
AGA is currently seeking a motivated individual who is keen to learn and develop administrative skills as a Full time Business Trainee located in Epping. The role undertakes a range of administrative tasks in a medical setting that assists in supporting office management functions. The ideal candidate will be able to commit to full time employment Monday - Friday, 38 hours a week.

About you:
- Competent ability to operate a computer
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate the ability to organise and prioritise own work
- Respect for confidentiality and privacy of client information and files
- Willing to undertake a Police Check
- Victorian Working with Children Check
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- A positive quick learning attitude
What you will do:
- General administration duties
- Assist and support internal staff
- Assist in producing documents
- Assist with office management functions
- Handle internal or external enquiries
- Create and maintain databases
- Data Entry
- Answering phones
