About the role:

We're looking for a motivated individual for a full-time Business Trainee role with reception duties. You'll perform various administrative tasks in our office while upholding confidentiality of client data. We need someone for a 38-hour workweek, Monday-Friday. It's a great way to develop administrative and reception skills!

We provide mentoring and on-the-job training for 12 months. Joining AGA allows you to gain a nationally recognised qualification and career pathway. Additional benefits:

You should have:

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Computer skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn
• Ability to organise and prioritise
• National Police Clearance
• Working With Children Check
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency
• Willingness for accredited training
• Ability to commit to 12 months

Your responsibilities include:

• Reception duties
• Secure file maintenance
• Customer service
• Mail management
• Greeting clients and staff
• Administrative tasks
• Scanning, printing, binding, filing
• Data entry
• Supporting other departments
• Fleet control
