Harvest - Grain Elevator Operations Laborer - Fullerton, NE

• Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
• Shift: Day shift, 6 days a week, and between 8-12 hours per day depending on need.
• Temporary Contract position with Raise with potential for perm hire with ADM
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check is required.

Job Responsibilities:

Potential assignments may include, but are not limited to:

• Load and unload grain Trucks.
• Set up and run facility equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Basic house keeping including sweeping and shoveling of grain.
• Otherwise to include all general job tasks required at ADM Grain Elevators.
• Operate truck dump Load and unload grain trucks
• Operate MCC controls for equipment Perform maintenance on grain conveying equipment
• Keep work area clean
• Measure bins
• Operation of bulk weighing equipment
• Operation of bin temperature monitoring equipment
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds Ability to climb ladders and stairs
• Ability to adapt to ever changing job responsibilities
• Exhibit regular and prompt attendance
• Willing to work overtime, weekends and nights
• Demonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in team setting when needed
• Exhibit a professional image at all times; maintain a positive and respectful attitude.

Job Requirements:

To be considered for an opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment

Education/Training Preferred:

• High school education or equivalent.
