General Laborer for Harvest (Fremont, NE)

Details:

• Pay Rate: $18 per hour
• Shift: Day shift 7 am to 7 pm (6-7 Days a week)
• Temp contract position with Raise with potential for perm with ADM
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check required

Raise has partnered with a local agricultural company (ADM), and they are seeking to hire a General Laborer for Harvest in Fremont, NE.

Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM), a world leader in agricultural processing, is currently seeking candidates for seasonal positions as Harvest Outside worker at our Fremont location.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Unload grain.
• Perform clean-up work.
• Conduct minor maintenance tasks.
• Assist in other areas of grain handling.

Job Requirements:

Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and nights.

Ability to meet physical requirements, including:

• Prolonged periods of standing and sitting.
• Working in confined spaces and from heights.
• Bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders.
• Working in various conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.).
• Moving up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to wear a respirator.

Exhibit regular and prompt attendance.

Demonstrate initiative to work independently while being flexible to work in a team setting when needed.

Maintain a professional image and a positive, respectful attitude at all times.

Successful completion of ADM’s pre-employment process, which may include:

• Drug/alcohol screen.
• Medical history review.
• Background check.
• Other job-related functional evaluations.
