Warehouse/Forklift Operator

• Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
• Shift: Day shift, 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. Overtime is needed at times. Work on weekend possible if needed
• Temporary Contract position with Raise with potential for perm hire with ADM
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check is required.

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for the pulling and staging orders for delivery with extreme accuracy; unloading inbound shipments; ensuring specification and quantity of orders are correct; verifying stock and identifying losses; ensuring safe operations of vehicles; and maintaining an organized layout and safe work environment. This position may require shifts and weekends. 

Responsibilities:

Potential assignments may include, but are not limited to:

• Prepares orders by pulling from stock for the purpose of meeting delivery requirements
• Conducts physical inventories for the purpose of verifying stock and identifying losses.
• Receives stock and non-stock items for the purpose of ensuring specification, quantity and quality of orders are correct
• Stocks equipment, materials and supplies for the purpose of maintaining required levels that will ensure availability of items when requested
• Processes report requests, documents, deliveries and/or materials for the purpose of disseminating information and/or materials to appropriate parties.
• Clean warehouse for the purpose of maintaining an organized layout and safe work environment.

Job Requirements:

To be considered for an opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Forklift experience is required, Forklift Certified is preferred. Manager will train on Forklift if needed.
• Strong math skills.
• Understand written procedures and write routine documents.
• Strong reading skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
