About the Role

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and coordinating all electrical and mechanical maintenance functions to ensure the safe, compliant, and reliable operation of our NT Operations.

You’ll drive efficiency, reduce costs, and implement best-practice reliability processes to keep our operations running at peak performance.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure plant and equipment are maintained to the highest standards to optimize performance and minimize downtime
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies that drive operational reliability and cost-effectiveness
  • Champion health, safety, and environmental compliance, fostering a culture of risk awareness and continuous improvement
  • Monitor key performance indicators, including asset reliability, safety incidents, and operational efficiency
  • Lead and mentor a skilled team, ensuring they have the tools, training, and support to excel in their roles
  • Drive process improvements and innovation to enhance plant performance and productivity

 

What We’re Looking For

Experience: Minimum 5 years in heavy industrial manufacturing or a similar environment

Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team

Safety Commitment: Strong understanding of risk and hazard management with a focus on continuous safety improvements

Technical Skills: Knowledge of SAP, MS Office, and maintenance planning systems

Qualifications:

  • Mechanical trade certificate (or greater)
  • Confined space certification
  • Working at heights certification
  • High-risk work licenses (Forklift, EWP/Boom)
