Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, health and environment standards are maintained
• Follow correct work procedures at all times
• Ensure correct setup, calibration and safe operation of machinery
• Provide detailed feedback to supervisors/management on equipment issues
• Conduct quality assurance inspections to meet pre-determined standards
• Batching and mixing concrete through automated processes
• Able to perform and assist in fault finding 
• Operate a concrete products machine from a control room
• Performing adjustments and minor maintenance tasks
• Follow established procedures for documenting and/or reporting work performed, hazards and incidents

What you will need to succeed

• Exhibit a strong commitment to safety, environment, quality, health and wellbeing
• A great attitude and genuine desire to produce high quality results
• Problem solving skills, mechanical aptitude
• Ability to communicate confidently and work in a team
• Sound verbal, written and computer communication skills
• Ability and desire to multiskill and perform various production role tasks
• Forklift and/or front end loader ticket (desirable but not essential)
