About the Role

As the face of Adbri Masonry in your region, you’ll play a key role in engaging with a diverse customer base—driving profitable sales, promoting our trusted brand, and delivering high-quality service. With a strong focus on achieving revenue, average selling price (ASP), and market share targets, you will actively promote and sell our products while managing strategic accounts and fostering long-term relationships with architects, resellers, builders, and customers.

This role requires a balanced approach to direct selling and account management, all while upholding Adbri Masonry’s commitment to safety, compliance, and service excellence.

This role requires occasional night stays away from home and candidates must be highly organised, with strong data-driven decision-making abilities and a keen eye for market trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow accounts across Regional Victoria
  • Execute an active and effective customer call cycle
  • Support customers with merchandising and product displays
  • Develop relationships with direct customers, architects, resellers, and builders
  • Use CRM tools (Salesforce) to track activity and opportunities
  • Deliver strategic plans and contribute to regional growth targets
  • Travel and overnight stays as required to maintain visibility in the region
  • Provide timely reporting and market updates (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
  • Identify new opportunities in products, promotions, and advertising
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service excellence

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong sales experience (construction or building products industry desirable)
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in business or related fields
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales data analysis
  • Self-motivated with a strategic mindset and planning ability
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and a customer-first approach
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
