The Role
An opportunity is available for an enthusiastic and dedicated Production Operator to join our close knit Adbri Masonry team in Nowra. This role plays a key part in producing high-quality masonry products and contributing to our ongoing success as a market leader in the industry.

This full-time, permanent position is available Monday to Friday, working a 38-hour week between the hours of 6am to 6pm. There is also the possibility of overtime.
Responsibilities
- Ensure safety, health and environment standards are maintained
- Follow correct work procedures at all times
- Operation of forklifts for the movement of goods to/from the work area
- Quality Assurance and packaging of outgoing goods
- Ensure yard and inventory is maintained in a neat and orderly fashion
- Following established procedures for documenting and/or reporting work performed, hazards and incidents
- Support the production team including general labouring duties and basic machine operation
- Basic maintenance of forklifts, plant and equipment in the work area
- General housekeeping and cleaning

- Ability to communicate confidently and work in a team
- Ability and desire to multiskill and perform various production role tasks
- Forklift High Risk License
