What we’re looking for : 

  • Completed or about to complete a tertiary qualification in either Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science or Cyber Security.
  • Curiosity in exploring new technology trends and innovations.
  • Problem-solving with strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Resilience, maturity, and a sense of accountability 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing time priorities successfully 
  • A positive, inquisitive nature with the drive to exceed expectations 


 The Role  

  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and be part of key projects throughout your rotations.
  • Key rotation areas below, these depend on your degree and career goals, can be adjusted to ensure you get the most out of the graduate program.
  • Network engineering – monitoring network performance, issue triaging and resolution.
  • Cloud engineering - monitoring performance, vulnerability management, issue triaging and resolution.
  • Service desk and operations – triaging and resolving daily incidents, monitoring of systems performance, vulnerability management, etc.
  • Business Intelligence – data engineering and data visualisation
  • Operational Technology – site support and technical guidance as well as guiding the alignment of technology / capability across the various sites based on function.
  • Cyber Security - Daily monitoring, incident forensics, technical advice/insights and collaborating with the Group Technology team on the strengthening of our defences and detection capability.
