What we’re looking for :

  • Completed, or about to complete, a degree in Marketing /Communications / Political Science.
  • This role will play a critical part in Government Relations and Stakeholder Community engagement. 
  • Passionate about community engagement and stakeholder engagement 
  • Great attention to detail and analytical skills 
  • Can-do attitude and the confidence to ask questions, seek support, self-direct and grow 
  • A team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills 
  • Integrity and professionalism 

The Role  

  • For depth of learning, rotational placements will be provided throughout the program 
  • The program will provide a unique opportunity to work alongside senior team members on day – day management of federal and community issues, along with exposure to community engagement projects in line with the organisational requirements in WA and SA. 
  • Manage and leverage localised sponsorships and partnerships to enhance Adbri’s brand and internal communications support and collateral development focused on engaging our people
