The role
In this role, you’ll work across multiple platforms and datasets to support quality, sustainability, and operational excellence within the business.
As a key member of the team, you'll manage and visualise data from LIMS (Concrete & Aggregate Laboratory System), LDMS (Cement & Lime Laboratory System), TIMS (Concrete & Aggregate Technical System), and other business systems, providing insights that drive informed decision-making. Your expertise will ensure Adbri maintains industry compliance while improving efficiency and sustainability outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage and visualise product, quality, and sustainability data for analysis and reporting.
- Develop automated dashboards and reports using Power BI, SQL, and other business intelligence tools.
- Conduct technical data analysis to identify opportunities for product performance and cost optimisation.
- Oversee LIMS, TIMS, and EPD systems to ensure accurate data management and system integrity.
- Development and implementation of sustainability product disclosures to meet business compliance and customer requirements.
- Identify and resolve data integration issues between SAP, LDMS, LIMS, TIMS and other business systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiencies and reporting capabilities.
What you will need to succeed
- Tertiary qualification in Data Analytics, Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in data analytics, reporting, or engineering roles.
- Proficiency with Power BI, SQL, Excel (including Macros and Power Query), and SAP.
- Knowledge of LIMS, LDMS, TIMS, or similar systems is desirable.
- Knowledge of sustainability frameworks, including EPDs and carbon emissions reporting.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Self-motivated with strong decision-making abilities and attention to detail.
