We are looking for an Assistant Valuer to join our Asset Advisory team in Melbourne to assist with a variety of valuations including for financial reporting and insurance. This role would suit someone who is studying property or has recently completed their qualification. Kickstart your career in property with Acumentis today!

About the Role

Our Asset Advisory team provide more than just valuations for our client’s portfolio needs. We cover land, buildings, infrastructure, plant and equipment for financial reporting and insurance purposes. Whether you want to become specialised in this exciting sector of the industry or you have existing experience and wish to join an expanding and very driven team environment, reach out and find out more about what we can do for you. Your role will be assisting the team and adding value from your experience and knowledge in the field. Some of the things you will be doing:

  • Analysis and compilation of sales evidence
  • Report compilation
  • Liaison with client representatives
  • Assisting upon property inspections
  • Use of valuation systems
  • Supporting management with general tasks.
