ActewAGL Retail is seeking a highly organised, collaborative, commercially focused individual to join their team as the Sales Channels Supervisor. Reporting to the Metering and Channels Manager, this role will be responsible for coordinating sales channel operations across ActewAGL’s energy business to deliver new revenue, growth and high-level operational efficiency.

The Sales Channel Supervisor position is a dynamic role with many responsibilities including:
- Manage and execute sales channel strategies to defend and extend residential and business market position to achieve market (share and churn), revenue, sales and profit targets.
- Identify, develop and convert new business with external business channel partners.
- Maintain strong communication and engagement with internal and external stakeholders in addition to compliance requirements such as risk assessment, contract review and the engagement of external suppliers where required.
- Maintain individual accountability for the integrity, validity and reliability of advice to key customers and stakeholders.
- Support the Metering and Channels Manager on safety, compliance and auditing program requirements of Power of Choice metering installation processes in line with current legislation.

About you
- Proven ability to coordinate a portfolio of business lines to meet objectives, targets and KPIs as reflected through the ActewAGL Retail Strategic Direction and long-term forecast.
- Commercially orientated, with the confidence, skills and experience to identify, negotiate and execute new contracts and agreements.
- Experience in retail sales and associated strategies for acquisition and retention.
- Strong communicational skills, with the ability to liaise with the range of various stakeholders.
- Energetic, willing to take on new tasks and seek new ways to add value.
- Highly efficient and experienced in producing deliverables.
- Demonstrate a positive and innovative outlook.
