About the role
Due to continued growth with long term key clients ACOR are seeking a self-motivated Project Manager/ Designer to support the delivery of projects within our Water Services team.
Working as part of our Water Services Coordination (WSC) team, you will be responsible for undertaking all tasks associated with Water Services Coordination (WSC), including application, building plan approvals, design, project management, offers of service and account management. As well as assisting the WSC Team Leader with developing new business, managing projects efficiently and profitably.
The Role:
- Lodging major works designs and coordinating all necessary inspections throughout the major works process.
- Conducting on-site inspections to ensure project adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Facilitating seamless communication and coordination among developers, WSC authorities, and Constructors to ensure project milestones are achieved smoothly.
- Assisting in the preparation, formatting, and standardization of technical reports, specifications, and fee proposals to ensure consistent documentation quality.
- Collaborating in the scheduling of Water Services staff to optimize production efficiency.
Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience servicing Sydney Water as a WSC
- Proficient in designing sewer & water extensions, reticulation, deviations and adjustments using AutoCad
- Experience processing Section 73 Application, Building Plan Approvals, Minor Works and Main to Meter
- Experience with eDeveloper and SW Connect
- C1/C2 (Essential) C3/C4 - Desired
