Structural Draftsperson

ACOR Consultants was founded in 1997, to fill a need in the market for integrated, specialist Hydraulic, Civil and Structural consulting services.

We have a great opportunity for a Structural Draftsperson to join our growing Queensland team. You will work on a range of projects across multiple sectors including; Commercial, Government, Defence and Residential sectors.

You will work in a multi-disciplinary office with 50 staff servicing mechanical, electrical, fire, hydraulics, Civil and structural design with an established client base and pipeline of upcoming projects.

The ideal candidate will be a person who wants to progress their career, working on complex buildings projects and contributing to the drafting capabilities of the company nationally. In addition to Queensland based projects you will work on national projects, for national clients, and work closely between offices.

Skills & Experience:

• Demonstrated, relevant structural drafting/ design experience.
• Good understanding of technical engineering with demonstrated understanding of construction practices, and experience within a design consultancy environment.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Extensive Revit skills and demonstrated experience in the buildings sector.
• Ability to work independently within a busy environment.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage your time and co-ordinate resources.
