 About the role:

As the Workplace Experience Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the local office environment is a place where people can thrive. You'll be key to ensuring the office is a welcoming, safe, tidy, vibrant and engaging space where staff and visitors alike can do their best work. The role is to generate a sense of belonging for all who engage with the local ACOR offices.

While every day will be different, key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining smooth functioning of office operations 
  • Being point of contact for the landlord on facilities issues
  • Welcoming our external visitors to the office
  • Inductions and offboarding of ACOR staff
  • Supporting the Area Leader on office engagement initiatives
  • Providing input and coordination of all local social events
  • Being a cultural ambassador

We're really looking for someone who enjoys dealing with people and thrives on developing positive experiences for others.

 Skills and experience:

  • Experience in a similar role or hotel concierge background
  • Solid administration and computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • A willingness to contribute and proactively address issues
  • Ability to bring a sense of fun to the office
