This role will be working within a small internal team servicing a national business based in our Fremantle office. We are looking for a Systems Support Administrator with excellent customer service skills and the ability to work autonomously to join our team in a varied and dynamic role.
This role will be diverse and include opportunities for skill development. Typical duties will include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining strong ICT Support standards
- Administration of server/network infrastructure and backup management
- Facilitating a Cloud-1st approach to data residence, service provision and security
- Consulting on Azure data architecture, security, migration and availability
- Upskilling existing staff in Azure Data practises to improve capability
- National ICT Support escalation point and local support of central west Staff
Skills & Experience - Required:
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously while maintaining service standards
- Strong and proactive work ethic, punctual and reliable
- Demonstrated initiative, problem solving and time management skills
Skills & Experience - Preferred:
- Excellent knowledge of applications including Exchange Online, Active Directory, EntraID and Microsoft 365
- Strong PowerShell skills
- Significant experience Azure infrastructure (design/deploy/support)
- Autodesk knowledge
- Previous experience using IT Support RMM and ticketing platforms
- Exposure to Cyber technologies and strategy
- Hardware troubleshooting – Dell/HP/Fortinet
