About the role
Company ABC is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the rollout of our marketing campaigns for the 2021/22 season. You will be responsible executing SACA's customer-facing marketing strategy and delivering on our key strategic enabler of "telling our story".
You will do this by…
- Managing brand standards for all SACA business units to ensure consistent and professional positioning of SACA and its brand portfolio
- Working with the Community Cricket department to devise and implement marketing strategies and collateral designed to grow cricket participation
- Delivering marketing programs for the Adelaide Strikers which achieve set KPI's and deliver attendance growth for home matches
- Working with the commercial team, deliver sponsorship promotional programs from conception to execution in line with contract benefits for the Adelaide Strikers, West End Redbacks and SA Scorpions
- Assisting the Membership team with brand building programs and celebrating SACA's 150th birthday
About you
You will have…
- Exemplary verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
- Experience executing successful, creative marketing campaigns
- Strong knowledge of consumer and digital marketing
- Demonstrated ability to think innovatively and contribute to strategic above and below the line brand plans
- A collaborative work style and enjoy working in a team environment
- A creative and fresh approach
- A valid Working with Children Check or have the ability to obtain one
It would also be great if you have…
- Experience in leveraging data and insights to plan campaigns
- Experience operating and advising at senior management level
- Experience working in communications or marketing in a sports team environment
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field

The SACA is one of the nation's premier sporting bodies, with a vision for cricket to be Australia's favorite sport - a sport for all Australian's. Operating within the sports and entertainment industry, SACA offers an exciting and dynamic working environment, and is responsible for overseeing and developing cricket on a State level.
The SACA is responsible for coordinating international and domestic cricket matches, Premier cricket matches and community carnivals, coaching and development and pathway programs for girls and boys, coaching, umpiring, volunteer development and ground management. It also administers high performance cricket in South Australia, including the West End Redbacks, Scorpions and Adelaide Strikers women's and men's teams.
