This extremely corporate professional services organisation offers an environment designed to foster collaboration, creativity, health, and happiness. Through natural growth/promotion they are seeking an exceptional receptionist to be the director of first impressions and continue the high levels of customer service they are currently known for in the industry.
The role
As the receptionist you will ensure all customers are welcomed and acknowledged both face to face and via the phone. The key to success in this role is to utilise your exceptional customer service skills and your front of house experience to support a very busy firm.
Skills and Experience
- Good communication skills – both written and verbally.
- Solid administration skills (MS office Suite)
- Strong administration skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Highly organised.
- Experienced using multiple databases and workflow software.
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
About you:
Ideally you will have experience working for an accounting firm or similar, and have a bubbly nature. You will be
well polished in your presentation and communications. If you are well organised, reliable and take pride in your work this will be a great opportunity for you.
