About the Role

Acknowledge Education is seeking Facilitators and Markers who will work remotely within the Community Services Academic team. The role will facilitate online seminars, mark student produced work , and engaging with students. This position is as an Independent Contractor and is flexible around your schedule.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Facilitating online seminars for students of the Bachelor of Community Services.
• Marking student produced work in an accurate and timely manner.
• Attending unit inductions to align with marking standards.
• Communicating with students and answer inquiries from students.
• Preparing for online seminars prior to delivery by reviewing course content and preparing any additional resources they deem necessary.

About You

• Post Graduate qualification in community work, welfare, human/social services or similar
• 3 years of industry experience in community service related fields.
• Strong understanding of theory and best practice.
• Excellent presentation and leadership skills.
• Current and Active ABN, or willingness to obtain an ABN.
• Passion for teaching and passing on knowledge to the next generation of human services workers.
