About the Role
As the Campus Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the effective day-to-day running of campus operations. This includes overseeing facilities, coordinating events, managing space planning, supporting compliance, and helping deliver a safe and functional environment for students, staff, and visitors. This is a permanent, full-time position based on-site at our AE Campus in Melbourne.
You’ll work closely with the Campus Operations Manager and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across our campuses nationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate campus facilities and maintenance nationally, including liaising with contractors
- Respond to facilities-related requests via JIRA and ensure timely follow-up
- Support space planning, stock management, and campus improvement projects
- Lead and coordinate logistics for national and local campus events
- Collaborate on timetabling uploads and accuracy via RTO Manager
- Contribute to monthly reporting on operations, compliance, events, and inventory
- Maintain strong compliance practices across health, safety, and emergency preparedness
- Conduct regular campus inspections, audits, and assist with room setups and events
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience in operations, administration, or facilities coordination
- A current Victorian Employee Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain one).
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience working with contractors, facilities systems, or admin platforms (e.g., JIRA, Safety Champion)
- Confidence in planning and executing events
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
- The ability to work full-time onsite in Melbourne and be comfortable with some physical tasks (e.g., moving furniture, setting up events)
