Are you an experienced academic leader ready to shape the future of English language and secondary education? Acknowledge Education is seeking a passionate and strategic Director of Studies to lead our ELICOS and Senior Secondary programs in Melbourne.
In this pivotal role, you'll guide the academic and operational delivery of our programs, ensuring they meet the highest standards and create meaningful learning experiences for our students. You’ll foster a collaborative and innovative academic environment while maintaining compliance with national and international requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the planning, scheduling, and delivery of ELICOS and Senior Secondary courses in line with regulatory and accreditation standards
- Overseeing curriculum development, ensuring content is current, engaging, and responsive to student needs
- Managing student enrolment, placement testing, academic progress, and support services
- Providing strong academic leadership to a team of English language and secondary educators
- Creating and managing timetables, teacher rosters, and resource allocation
- Supporting continuous improvement through quality assurance and stakeholder feedback
- Representing the programs at events and building positive industry relationships
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in academic leadership within ELICOS, Senior Secondary, or a similar educational context

- Confident in managing curriculum design, regulatory compliance and quality assurance
