About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Student Recruitment Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by promoting and selling our programs and services.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Sales & Business development - Identify potential clients and individual learners, formulate sales plans; Conduct market research to identify industry trends, analyze competitor offerings
  • Agent Servicing - Build and maintain strong relationships with migration and education agents globally; provide agents with comprehensive info on programs, admission etc.; work closely with admissions team to process applications
  • Student Advisory - Proactively reach out to potential students via various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media; provide detailed info on programs, requirements and financial aid options
  • Administration - Employ CRM systems and other tools to manage leads, monitor sales, generate reports; Respond to client inquiries, assist applicants, and provide status updates

About You

This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication & interpersonal skills and a great positive attitude. 

  • Education industry background preferred but is not essential
  • Ideally about 2 years sales/ administration experience
  • Positive attitude and ability to prioritise and work with constant changes
  • Cultural Awareness and Sensitivity to our diverse learner’s community 
  • Strong cross-functional thinker ; Excellent time management skills with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Expertise in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive 
  • Desire/commitment to work onsite, fulltime in the office
