Curriculum Developer – Social Work Programs

Are you passionate about Social Work education and curriculum development? Acknowledge Education is seeking an experienced Curriculum Developer to support the ongoing review and enhancement of our Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work (Qualifying) programs. This role is a vital contributor to ensuring our unit outlines meet academic and accreditation standards while remaining engaging and relevant to current industry practice.
Key responsibilities:
- Review and refine unit outlines for the Bachelor and Master of Social Work programs to ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements
- Align learning outcomes, assessments, and content with professional standards and best practices in social work education
- Collaborate with academic staff to ensure curriculum coherence and quality across units
- Apply an evidence-based approach to curriculum design that reflects current industry needs, social justice principles, and cultural responsiveness
- Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external reviews and accreditation processes
About you:
- Relevant qualifications in Social Work or a related field (Master’s degree or higher preferred)
- Strong understanding of curriculum design principles in higher education
- Experience in developing or reviewing curriculum in accredited Social Work programs
- Familiarity with AASW accreditation standards and higher education compliance frameworks
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively
