The Opportunity

Access Aged Care is seeking a dedicated on-site General Practitioner to join our growing team, providing on-site medical care to residents within Residential Aged Care Homes across Traralgon and Paynesville.

This role offers a truly rewarding opportunity to practise relationship-based medicine within a supportive and well-structured model of care. As a GP with Access Aged Care, you will be part of a coordinated multidisciplinary team — including experienced nurses, telehealth specialists, and administrative staff — all working together to deliver comprehensive, patient-centred care.

Requirements

• Current AHPRA Specialist Registration as a General Practitioner.
• Availability: 1-2 days per week
• RACGP or ACRRM Fellowship required (or nearing completion).
• Comfortable with technology, including system-based reporting and common clinical software.
• A personal laptop is required to perform the duties of this role.
