Title: Sr. Cybersecurity specialist
Location: St. Paul, MN
Duration: 6 Months + Possible extension
Minimum experience required: At least 4 years
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day operational tasks which include external customer onboarding (i.e., hospitals/clinics that purchase Abbott products), tracking portal metrics and reporting, working with key stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues, assist with preparation of and conducting customer feedback surveys. Supports Portal development activities.
- Specifically, works with the Portal team and key stakeholders to define and document requirements, ensures requirements are accurately captured in SLC documentation and JIRA, performs formal and informal user acceptance testing, participates in stand-up calls representing the Portal business team, and assists with preparing customer release communication.
