As a Human Resources professional you will conduct talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits, and/ or compensation activities to support the Abbott team.

Responsibilities:

Provides human resources support to include employee relations, benefits administration, and/or payroll activities

Manages talent acquisition processes to include recruitment, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new team members

Ensures accuracy of employee/applicant files and documentation 

Promotes and maintains an inclusive environment for all team members

Adheres to all government and company employment/hiring guidelines

Strong attention to detail

Technical acumen

Demonstrated professional human resources experience

Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Prior human resources and/or talent acquisition experience in the medical/pharmaceutical industry desired

Advanced technical skills 

PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
